Wynn Resorts and Marjan launched construction on July 27, 2026, for Janu Al Marjan Island, a new hotel and residential complex in Ras Al Khaimah. The development will operate alongside the adjacent $5.1bn Wynn Al Marjan Island casino resort.
Partnership and Opening Schedule
The site represents the second joint venture between the two developers on Al Marjan Island. Both companies confirmed the launch through coordinated corporate announcements on the same day. Groundworks are now underway, with the facility scheduled to open in early 2029.The complex will introduce the Janu hospitality brand to the emirate. The concept is managed by Aman Group, which specializes in residential and hotel services. The new development is designed to complement the existing resort infrastructure on the island.
